Note: You can only move students to another course that is using the same product.

As a teacher you can elect to move a student and transfer the grades. Alternately the student may begin the new course with a completely clear gradebook.

Step 1: Click on Settings from the top navigation bar.

Step 2: From the Course management screen, locate your course in the list and click on Edit Course.

Step 3: On the Manage Students screen, select the student(s) you wish to move using the check boxes on the left-hand side.*

Step 4: Click on Move student(s) to another course.

Step 5: Select the course you want to move your student(s) to from the drop-down menu. Click Move to confirm.

Step 6: You will be prompted to choose whether you want the student to start over with a blank gradebook, or transfer the attained grades to the new course

Note: you can also access this screen from the Gradebook by clicking on Student Management.
