In a large institution with many students and courses, the Programme Administrator may want to quickly and easily search the course to find the gradebook for an individual to do this, the Programme Administrator should:

Click the magnifying glass icon above the course structure on the left of the gradebook screen.

You can now enter the first name and/or the last name to find the student. If the student is enrolled on more than one course, then you may choose the course. By clicking on this, the right hand side of the gradebook screen will show the gradebook for that student in that course.
